I recently purchase a Vorii Element 3.0 hardwood desk. It wasn't cheap and now I know why. The desk is amazing. The quality is perfect and the hardwood is beautiful. My only complaint is that I was never able to speak to a human at Vorii. They have a voice mail box but never call back. They will respond to email for purchase questions. I am currently waiting on a response to my most recent email to them regarding the length of the cable management cover that came with my desk. However, I still give this desk 5 stars.

I was hesitant to purchase this product online at the beginning due to a few reviews this product has received. However, I gave it a try. When the first desk top was delivered, it came with scratches so I contacted the customer service. They replied and asked for evidence on the next day. I sent them the photos and the new desk top was sent together with the pick up schedule for the original item. So far, the experience has been great with the product and i got compliments about the wood top from friends a few times when they visited our home. It perfectly fits with my other furnitures in my house!

I received my Element Desk about three weeks ago. It came in two parts, a top and leg assembly. It took about an hour to assemble. The build quality of both components is rock solid. Together it’s a very solid unit with a stable, well-constructed feel. The top is solid walnut and maybe 60 pounds. Vorii customer service has been proactive and very helpful in resolving any questions. I splashed out for the matching shelf and accessories by Grovemade that have been featured in some of the product photography on the Vorii site. My final setup is handsome and well-organized. I have no doubt that I’ll get many years of use out of it. I couldn’t be happier. An easy five stars.

Having learned of this product through social media, I was a bit skeptical. But after assembling the desk I couldn’t be more pleased! The hardwood top is simply gorgeous. And the lift assembly works quite well. The folks at VORII took great care with the design, even the hidden fasteners are finely machined hardware. The product was thoughtfully packaged, and the instructions well written. Their customer service team is professional and responsive. 100% satisfied.
