I love my anti-fatigue mat, most of the time I would rather stand than sit! It's so comfortable it takes me at least a couple hours to feel like maybe I'd like to sit for a bit.

Very comfortable to stand on. Makes it far more comfortable to change between sitting and standing. The angle is just right. Worth noting it is decently large, so definitely take note of the dimensions before purchasing. I think it is ideal for my 60” desk

JANE S. Super Comfortable Addition to My Home office
I got a riser for my desk about three weeks ago since I started working from home. I did it to keep moving since I read that the biggest health threat to home officers is sitting. Much to my dismay, standing was great and I felt better and more focused, but my feet hurt. Granted, I weigh more than I should, but sitting down after 10 minutes was not going to improve the situation. I started looking into anti-fatiuge mats, and thought they would be a great idea, and then I stumbled on this dynamic anti-fatiuge "mat". I ordered it, and it came quickly, and I opened the box, put it down in front of mu standing desk and went to work. That was an . hour ago, and I am still going strong. I can also feel my core working, but I don't feel like I am doing crunches. However, it is just enough to incorporate some movement into my desk work. My only problem with this is that my husband and my daughter both want one for themselves.
